Waste - methanol - electricity

We developed a hybrid nickel-based nanocatalyst that efficiently converts methanol into electricity. 

A novel hybrid nickel catalyst integrated with carbon nanotubes enables efficient methanol electrooxidation without the need for expensive noble metals. The work provides new insights into catalyst design for next-generation direct methanol fuel cells.
